Cancellation and Refund Policy - VIGYAPUNK

1. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Toolkits) All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads and immediate access upon purchase, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds for: - Strategic toolkits - Marketing templates - Downloadable resources - Educational content or guides Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience any technical issues accessing your download, contact us at vigyapunk@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you promptly. 2. Consulting Services For all booked consultations (strategy sessions, marketing advisory, etc.): - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for rescheduling or credit. - No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for refunds or credits. - Refunds will only be granted if a session is canceled by Vigyapunk or in cases of a verified duplicate payment. We encourage clients to communicate any changes in schedule proactively. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3. Custom Services & Projects For tailored marketing services (e.g., brand strategy development, GTM plans, communication strategies): - A formal Scope of Work (SOW) will be shared before the project starts. - A partial advance payment is required to initiate work. - Cancellations after work has commenced are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the SOW. - If a cancellation request is made before any work has started, a 50% refund may be issued (excluding transaction fees). Any disputes or requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 4. Subscription-Based Offerings (If Applicable) If Vigyapunk introduces any subscription-based services in the future: - Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard. - Access to content will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. - No partial refunds are issued for unused time or early cancellations. 5. Processing of Refunds (If Approved) If your refund request is approved: - The refund will be processed to the original payment method. - Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account. - Transaction charges or payment gateway fees are non-refundable. 6.
